IN DEBT to the Believer and the Unbeliever
"Both to Greeks and to barbarians
(to the cultured and the uncultured), both to the wise and to the foolish,
I have an obligation to discharge and a duty to perform and a debt to pay."
Romans 1:14 (Amp

The Glory

"After six days Jesus took with Him Peter, James and John,
the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain
by themselves.  There He was transfigured before them.
His face shone like the sun,
and His clothes became as white as the light."
Matthew 17:1,2

Jesus took three of His disciples one day, imperfect men just like you and me, up with Him to the top of a mountain to witness the glory of God transfigure His very image right before their eyes. It was life altering for those men. They had never experienced anything like that before. But they saw it with their own eyes.

In this hour of dark and troubled times Jesus is taking His Body and Bride, His Church full of imperfect believers like you and me up higher into the realm of the Spirit, not only to see and witness Him in the Glory for ourselves, but to be individually and corporately transfigured ourselves in the Glory. It's in this place of His Glory that we are forever changed and we come down from that mountaintop experience as a new person in Christ in a new place in our faith walk, changed and transfigured by our experience in His Glory. It's His Glory that totally changes us and makes us into that new man in Christ that we are created to be, that new person that is empowered by the Spirit, radiating His Glory and releasing His anointing and transforming power into the world and people around us.

I see people like you and me standing on that mountaintop in the Glory lifting up prodigal sons and daughters and prodigal spouses that have gone off into the world, lifting them up into that Glory and seeing whole houses and families changed by this Glory. I see multitudes of people leaving the distracting things of this world and drawing up to that mountain to seek the One that is the Source of all power to bring change and transformation into their home and family and city. I see it and I feel it. It is the Spirit of the living God that is drawing us. It is the Spirit of the living God that is compelling us to come up higher, to come up into the Glory and receive the empowering and transfiguring anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Won't you come? Won't you leave the things of this world and come up higher into the Glory? He is drawing you there now.

"But we all, with unveiled face,
beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord,
are being transfomed into the same image
from glory to glory, just as from the Lord,
the Spirit.
2 Cor 3:18

  1. Jesus brought every work of the enemy down at the cross at Calvery.
Jesus, You made a public show out of the devil at the cross having triumphed over him. You defeated the devil and every sickness, disease and every evil and dark thing in our lives. Our lives glorify You as we reach for, receive and activate this truth in Jesus name. We, Your people and children of the covenant are learning to walk in this truth and live out this truth in our lives. Our lives and THIS house of worship are giving You Glory.

We thank You that the Glory of God hovers over us and covers this earth. The Glory of God was here in its creative power when the earth was created, and that Glory still hovers over us now. We reach for that Glory today and put a demand on that Glory NOW, TODAY, THIS HOUR! We reach for it and pull it down into the house of God. We draw upon that creative power for creative miracles to come and manifest in our midst. We thank You, Lord, that You give us access to this realm of Glory by our faith, and we exercise and activate that faith today to put a DEMAND on this Glory. Come Holy Spirit with Your Glory! Come with Your creative power and show Yourself mighty in our midst. We join our hearts and our faith, and we say, Come! Come! Come creative miracle working power of the Almighty God. Come! Come.....we are desiring You. We are hungry for You. We are hungry for Your power and for Your presence in our house and in our lives. Come Glory of God. Come!
