IN DEBT to the Believer and the Unbeliever
"Both to Greeks and to barbarians
(to the cultured and the uncultured), both to the wise and to the foolish,
I have an obligation to discharge and a duty to perform and a debt to pay."
Romans 1:14 (Amp

Taking Our Seat as His Bride - We Win!

Searching for my identity and calling I remember years ago during a Wednesday night "School of the Spirit" service, my pastor was teaching on the 5 fold ministry gifts: the apostle, the prophet, the teacher, the pastor and the evangelist. I remember asking the Lord after listening to it all, "Lord, what am I? What have You made me to be?" And I remember Him quickly and simply saying, "My bride." I was surprised by His answer, but I remember it giving me such a peace and release. It was like a blanket that just settled over me. He didn't want me looking at a title or ministry gifting for my identity, but He wanted me looking to Him and to my relationship with Him. It wasn't about what I could do FOR Him, but who I was TO Him. I was His bride, His beloved, His pearl of great price, and He just wanted me to BE His bride and love Him with all my heart and soul and be there with and for Him. I remember the feeling of that performance mentality falling off of me and that I didn't have to DO anything. I didn't have to teach or preach or prophesy, I just needed to love Him and be His bride. It was a very freeing and liberating experience.

I believe that's what He wants for all of us--to just love Him and seek Him with our whole heart. It's the only thing He can't provide for Himself--OUR LOVE. And it's our gift that we give back to Him.

"We love because He first loved us."
1 John 4:19

So as I take my seat as His bride I know I am fulfilling my call and place in His heart. As I take my seat as His bride I take it as His helpmate and life partner, and I take it at a place that I know and hear His heart and can move and act upon His promptings. Together we see from His heavenly perspective, and together we release heaven into the earth. It's not a place of striving, but a place of abiding, a place of intimacy, and a place of authority, because I am one with Him, and He has given us His name to use. It's the name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord. (Phil 2:9-11)

Let each of us take our seat. Let's take our authority IN Christ IN our seat as His bride. Let's rise up as the Church and as His Bride and leverage our intimacy with Christ and use the authority He's given us over the schemes and works of the enemy, over the "accuser of the brethren", over the "liar and thief". He comes only to steal, kill and destroy. He comes only to divide and bring unrest and division. Let's rise up into a higher realm, the realm and seat of authority we were created for, and take on the mind of Christ, aligning our hearts and minds with HIS through the renewing of our minds with the Word of God. It is our sword of truth, and TOGETHER with God WE WIN!

"Take the helmet of salvation and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with
all kinds of prayer and requests. With this
in mind, be alert and always keep on praying
for all the Lord's people.
Ephesians 6:17-18

God Wants His Bride Free From Debt - Take Your Seat

God wants us to know our identity, who we are in Him. God gave His Son, and His Son gave His life so that we could be free from Debt and from every sin, sickness and oppression. His blood paid it all. His blood paid for it in FULL and released us from the captivity and enslavement of all of it here on the earth.
God's done all He's going to do. Now it's our job and responsibility to RECEIVE by FAITH what Jesus did, to embrace it and walk in it. As we do this we must also renew our mind to align with God's Word so that our thinking is like His and therefore our actions and choices are aligned with His. That's why it's important that we read and meditate on God's Word daily.

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may know the good, acceptable
 and perfect will of God."
Romans 12:1,2

God wants us to know who we are. We are His children, we are sons and daughters of God, joint heirs with Christ. When we receive Jesus in our hearts we become born again into a new creation in Christ.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation in Christ, old things have
passed away, behold all things have become new."
 2 Corinthians 5:17

"It's is no longer I who live, but Christ
who lives in me; and the life which I now
live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave Himself up for me."
Galatians 2:20

We become a new man and a new woman. Our slate is washed clean, and now we're living IN this world, but we're not OF this world. (John 15:19) We become debtors to this world, in debt to share with them the new life in us and the new life that's available to them through Christ in us.

"I am a debtor both to the Greeks and to
barbarians, both to wise and to unwise.
So, as much as in me, I am ready to preach
the gospel to you who are in Rome also.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ,
for it is the power of God to salvation
for everyone who believes, for the Jew first
and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness
of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written
'The just shall live by faith.'"
Romans 1"14-17

God wants us to share freely and boldly our faith in the new life in Christ, because it's Christ who set us free, it's Christ who paid the price for our freedom and for our new life that's not bound in the ways of the world any longer. God's given us His Spirit to live a supernatural empowered life through. His Spirit will lead us and guide us into a life of righteousness and truth, a life that's empowered by His Spirit to live above the circumstances and out of a heavenly and a Kingdom dimension. Our decisions will be made from a higher realm and from our place and seat beside Him.

He "raised us up with Him, and seated us with
Him in heavenly places in Christ Jesus."
Ephesians 2:6

It's our seat that He wants us to take to rule and reign with Him in the earth. It's our divine seat of authority IN Christ, and it's in this seat that we receive our assignment in the earth, the purpose we were created for, and we get clarification on it. And it's in this seat that God's perspective and power is released through you. Sooo....

TAKE YOUR SEAT!
