IN DEBT to the Believer and the Unbeliever
"Both to Greeks and to barbarians
(to the cultured and the uncultured), both to the wise and to the foolish,
I have an obligation to discharge and a duty to perform and a debt to pay."
Romans 1:14 (Amp

We Soar With Him

"I will lift up my eyes to the hills-
From whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth."
Psalm 121:1

As we wait patiently for the Promise of the Holy Spirit to come in fullness and to empower us, we lift our eyes up to the heavens, and we hear, "Be still and know that I am God", and then by His Spirit we are gently lifted and drawn up into that spirit realm, that high place of the spirit where the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit dwell together, that place in the spirit that we, as spiritual beings, have been created for. As we lift our eyes up and we wait patiently and with a longing for Him.......we are drawn into this place. Our spirit begins to lift and take flight. It begins to catch the wind of the Spirit, and we begin to soar into that realm of the Spirit that we were created for.
Though our feet are attached to this ground and to this earth, our spirit begins to soar, and we're lifted into a new deminsion where we see what the Father sees, where we feel His heart and feel what He feels, where we have His mind and understand with His wisdom. O it is glorious ......mmmmmmmmm, You are So good God. And we catch the wind, and we begin to soar into that place that was created for us to be joined and to be in rich fellowship with our Creator, our heavenly Father. We were created for these high places. It's where we dream big dreams, God dreams. It's where we discover who we are and what we were created for.

"For thus says the High and Lofty One
                     Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy;
I dwell in the high and holy place,
With him who has a contrite and humble spirit,
To revive the heart of the contrite ones.
                                                          Psalm 57:15

When we look to Him and take flight with our Spirit into that spirit realm, into that high place, we are strengthened and revived and empowered by His Spirit to bring life and strength to others and to revive the heart of the broken and contrite one. It's not by our might, nor by our power, but it's by His Spirit that we are empowered to do the work of the supernatural, the work that we were created and designed for with our heart and spirit that are joined with His, empowered by His Spirit, inspired by His mind and thoughts, and motivated and moved by His heart. It's a glorious place to be and to live. It truly is the place we were created for. It's in this place we live above the circumstances of life. We're not drawn down into them, but we live above them in victory, and we see from a perspective that has heavenly eyes and a loving and forgiving heart. It's a place that draws heaven down to earth and moves mountains and opens blind eyes. It's a place we were created for. It's a place of His glory, a place of His reigning, a place of our kingdom inheritance. And it's ours for the seeking. It's ours for the soaring.

And Having Patiently Waited

"But you shall receive power when the
Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall
be My witnesses." (My evidence)
Acts 1:8

Lord, I know You are alive and living in me. My spirit bears witness with Your Spirit that it is alive, active and living in my body, but I know there is more. I know that there is a supernatural endument of power and enablement that is ordained for me for this good work that You have prepared for me that I should walk in. It's my inheritance. It's what I am waiting for with patience and expectation. Lord, I want to go where I have never gone before.  I want to do what I have never done before, and I need this supernatural enablement and endument of power to do it. I need this infusion of Your Holy Spirit and empowering to be Your evidence, Your witness and the infalable proof that it is You alive and working and living in me. It's what I need, Lord. It's what WE need. It's what Your Church and Your Body needs. I cry out for myself first, Lord, but I cry out for us, corporately as well. We need Your empowerment. We need Your outpouring and enablement to rock and shake our cities and our nation. It's going to have to be You, Lord. It's got to be Your Holy Spirit poured out, baptizing us and empowering us to do supernatural works and live supernatural lives that give undeniable and undesputible evidence that it's You, Jesus, the Christ, the Anointed One that is alive and living in us, doing those things that You did over 2000 years ago and even greater things because You have gone to the Father and are making intercession for us, releasing that same power, authority and anointing through us to do them.
So we wait, Lord. We wait for this endument of power. We wait patiently but expectantly for Your Promise. Amen

                          "And thus having patiently waited,
                                 he obtained the promise."
                                                              Hebrew 6:15

To Those Who Ask Him

"If you then, being evil know how to give
good gifts to your children, how much more shall
your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit
to those who ask Him."
Luke 11:13

Come Holy Spirit, Come

"Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name
of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and
you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
For the promise is for you and your children, and
for all who are far off, as many as the Lord God
shall call to Himself."
Acts 2:38.39

O Holy Spirit we need you desperately. We NEED You desperately. Forgive us, Holy Spirit, for neglecting You. Forgive us if we have rejected You. Forgive us if we have not sought You like we should, but we see that we need You desperately now. We need You more now than ever before. Come Holy Spirit, come. You are the Promise that we wait for. You are the ultimate Promise and gift that we wait for, and without You we are powerless. Without You we are impotent, we are ineffective. Without You we are just going through the motions. O Holy Spirit, hear our cry, hear our desperation in this hour. Don't leave us like this. We need evidence of Your life in us. We need the evidence of Your power and lifegiving Spirit in us. The world needs to see this evidence, the infalable, undesputed, undeniable evidence that Jesus is STILL alive and that He's living in us. I need You, Holy Spirit. I need this evidence. Come and shower upon me, come and shower upon my family and upon my church. Come and fill us and baptize us with Your Spirit, with Your power, and with Your love and joy and the very life and power of Christ in us. Come Holy Spirit, come. We wait for you. We wait for You, Holy Spirit........... Fill us up, fill us up, fill our homes, fill our churches, fill our cities.  Fill us with Your power and with the evidence of the Christ alive and living in us. Come Holy Spirit, come. We wait for You.

"And it shall be in the last days, God says,
That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh.
Your sons and daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
And on My menservants and on My maidservants
                         I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
                                    And they shall prophesy."
                                                Acts 2:17,18

Prayer Is The Answer

Prayer is earth's invitation to heaven's intervention. The earth is desperate for heaven's intervention. The people of this earth are desperate for heaven's intervention, for us to take our place in prayer, to stand in the gap and call heaven down to earth, to call and establish God's kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. Our families are desperate, our cities are desperate, our country is desperate, the whole world is desperate for us to take our place, to wake ourselves up and answer the call to prayer. "The whole earth groans for the manifestation of the sons of God". The earth is groaning. The people of this world are groaning for the manifestation of power, healing and deliverance of the sons and daughters of God, the manifestations that proves that God is real, that He is alive and that He truly loves them and cares about them and hears their cry.

Prayer is the answer.  Prayer turns God's eyes and ear to hear the one that is speaking. Prayer gets His attention. We have got to answer this call. We have got to respond to the desperation of this hour, but not is our own flesh and in our increased busyness that drains us of our time and energy and any ability and desire to meet with Him, but it must be by committing and prioritizing this time that we set aside for prayer and then going into that place knowing that we are doing kingdom business, knowing that we are the Father's partner and the world's answer and link to its desperate need in Jesus. We've got to stir ourselves up and take our place on the wall, let ourselves feel the needs of the people and draw upon our kingdom inheritance and power that is ours as sons and daughters of the King and Creator of this universe. We've got so much power that is available to us that we haven't tapped into. It's our kingdom inheritance, and it comes through the Holy Spirit that dwells within us, but we have to tap into it. We have to draw upon it in prayer and in faith. God's ready to do it. He's just looking and waiting for hungry and empty vessels to pour into, vessels that will meet Him and prioritize Him and His kingdom above all else.

I am feeling a stirring and a quickening in my spirit to compel people to prayer, to compel people to wake up and answer the call. We've got to do it. We've got to take our place and stand in the gap. The desperation is too great to ignore it and to remain in our slumber.

O God, help us. O God, come with a fresh deposit of Your Spirit into our lives. Come and birth this call for prayer into each one of us. Come and infuse us with Your love and compassion for this world and for all the souls that You gave Your life for. Come, Holy Spirit, and fall fresh on us. Come and bring us into our place of rest in You, into that place of intimacy and communion with You that You desire and we so desperately need. Come Holy Spirit, come. We call on You, we draw upon You, we draw upon Your kingdom. Come Holy Spirit, come.
